Mr. PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in the General Debate of the UNGA 81 in New York, under the theme “Restoring Trust, Managing Transformation: A United Nations that Delivers for All”.
The General Debate of UNGA 81 brought together world leaders in a collective endeavour to strengthen international cooperation and address compounding global challenges, including escalating geopolitical rivalries, climate change, widening inequalities, and rapid technological transformations.
